Using this website

The content here is provided for general information about our screeding services. Screed products, depths, drying times and floor build-ups vary by project and by manufacturer, so nothing on this website should be treated as a specification for your floor. Always confirm the details for your own project with us and with the product manufacturer.

Quotations

Any figure given before we have seen the project is an indication only. A quotation becomes binding once issued in writing, and is based on the information supplied to us — floor area, depth, access, preparation and programme. If site conditions differ from what was described, we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.

Preparation and access

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the floor should be clean, correctly prepared and accessible on the agreed date, with any underfloor heating installed and pressure-tested to the relevant specification.

Drying and following trades

Drying and curing times depend on the product, depth, temperature, ventilation and site conditions. Final floor coverings should only be installed once the screed has reached the condition and moisture level required by the flooring manufacturer.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for loss arising from information on this website being relied on without confirmation from us in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
