Johal Screeding Ltd (company number 15836693), registered office 10 Herbert Road, Hornchurch, England, RM11 3LA, operates this website. We are the data controller for personal information you send us through it.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us in an enquiry: your name, phone number, email address, project postcode and any details you add about the work. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, where you go ahead, carry out the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and performance of a contract where you become a customer.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years to meet accounting and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We may share it with our email provider or accountant where necessary to run the business, and with anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@johalscreeding.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
